i have questions 1.who instructed the putting together of all fractions of the scripture? what we call bible 2.who gave it the name bible? Jesus used two lines "it is written" and "have you not read" during his time . Am confused please bible scholars shed light. please no negatives and condeming by anyone |

The Bible consists of 2 parts, the Old Testament and the New Testament. The Old Testament is before Christ and it consists mostly of the Hebrew Torah. The New Testament was put together after Jesus death by Saul. It was not a complete book until the Nicean Council 325 years after Jesuss death. So when Jesus said he didnt come to change the scripture, he was talking about the Old Testament. Note.... the Hebrews/Jews do not agree with the New Testament because it opens up Heaven to all people, not just them |

Whatever you read in the bible was/is a product of emperor Constantine's political ambition in connivance with Eusebius' Jewish religious literary genius to win the support of the "Christians" in his military and by extension the Roman Empire cum world. Christianity as we have it is an admixture of Mithraism of ancient Rome, Judaism and bits and pieces of other religious beliefs. |
