Kudos to Dufil Prima!! The first company to survive Dangotes 'Monopolistic wrath', i hope their lawyers read the fine print 'very well' to avoid any future manipulations/aggressive takeovers because i dont trust Dangote ooo......

I thank God for Dufil Prima, they would have been history but they did not come to play, years ago they were almost ban for that dangerous to health piece of crap called dangote noodles but today, they have taken over their competitors business.

From what I personally observed about Dangote noodles .....they have a better packaging,design print and seems healthier IMO but can't seem to get the noodles mix and acceptability right. which Indomie has mastered...wat dangote is doing now is getting expertise from DFP ,still using Dangotes brand name for 2years.Who knows if they will still honour their side if the contract come 2years .The world of business is one tricky scene.

dangote is a tricky man. that was how he sold the company to Tiger , learn their acts, we those ones could not keep up any long, he bought tiger out cheap. baba scammer aye ni man yen. although tiger still uses their name. Damgote owns it body soul and spirit. Tiger company is a bait to trap in companies.

I really don't see it as a good strategic move,what I see are lazy marketer planners with due respect to all of them.Indomie didn't capture the market over night it took them a long time buying up the minds of young generations who are now the baby boomers today.Rather than chicken out of the market,what they need do is focus on long term strategy, to start with the product is even hardly available, when indomie stupidly increase there price that was the best time for them to hit the market,rebrand and do a lot of guerilla marketing.Anyway there is nothing wrong in focusing on core strength though but I think it make a lot of sense to start planting the seed of your product to the new generation now,because they are babyboomers of tommorow.

I hope their spaghetti is included,mehn that thing tastes luk shiit!before you say jack,some parts will get done some parts won't while the rest becomes lumpy.

vanity upon vanity. I been remember that year, with all the gra gra and manipulations cos dangote noodles wan enter market, many people lost their lives. Not to mention children, that died in the 'killer indomie' saga. Thank God for Dora Akunyili of Nafdac that did a diligent job to absolve makers of indomie of any complicity. Imagine it's today, Dufil Foods would've been closed down, so dangote can monopolize.

Nobody likes the taste of Dangote noodles.
