jomoh:Magu is a Knight and the poster boy for anti corruption charade of this government. Oke is a blind spot,he was sacrificed to appease Nigerians and kill the $43M case, while Babachir was axed to appease the senate(Senate won't talk about the $43M and other fall out with the government). Oke gets a happy retirement with off the book pecks. He won't go against the government because the government also knows a lot about him, exposing him also means he needs the protection of the government. In the fullness of time,Magu will be axed but doing so right now will be detrimental as he is still in public glare. They will axe him when they have a more solid evidence against him which they are still cooking. It's all about political interest. 3 Likes |

henryhemon: Mtcheww! Saraki is the most powerful political figure in the country right now and I'm not an APC member. Maybe you should talk to your higher-ups in the APC and ask them about the outcome of the reconciliatory meeting between the Executive and Legislature. And why Buhari is sending Osinbajo cap in hand to liase with Saraki rather than vice versa. Saraki and co want Magu and Lawal out. The Presidency chose Lawal and said they'd do everything to keep Magu (part of it is a bid not to appear weak). Oke is not messed up. He gets all his benefits with his retirement. And as the head of the largest foreign intelligence operation in Africa with classified budget and off-the-book black-budget operations, he is too wealthy to give a sh*t about $43m (if it was his). Take it from me. The CBN sold $3b in 5 weeks for cheap. Did you think all of that money was for real stuff? Do you how much went under the book in this government with oil at an average of $50 pb. Moreover, a so-called head of intelligence agency will not be stu*id enough to store his loot in the same apartment managed by his wife's firm and linked to a political big-wig in the opposition party. As far as 2019 is concerned, I don't give a sh*t. But this much is certain. The North will not give up power after only 4 years to the South. If you think so, then I shouldn't even be replying you. -Lord 3 Likes 1 Share |

but must Sagay speak? He should seen and not heard. When the scandal broke out last year, i remember raising the issue of conflict of interest and the violation of the law of the land but diehard supporters of GMB wont allow one talk. Now that Babachir has been shown the door, they are celebrating it as a commitment against the war on corruption. If GMB is serious alot more will go including the untouchables who on daily basis wreck havoc on the state and economy while pretending to be working for our good and when we dare complain they blame their predecessors yet they have not been able to do better 2 Likes |

LordAdam16: I can tell you this once Buhari says vote for Osibanjo it's done. Saraki isn't more powerful than Tinubu. What's the interest of the Senate with Lawal ?? Magu is their nemesis they want to cut Him to seize . Saraki has only 2 years left,he can't be back as Senate President,he got there cuz PMB told him he has no candidate,he actually seek Buhari's consent before running for that position. I can tell you Tinubu is the one running the show behind the scenes. Saraki Sarah has been messed up he can never be more than Senate president for 4 years. 1 Like |

AceRoyal: Someone says Magu is the pawn and you are here calling him a knight. Which one should I believe. Please make it clear instead of confusing yourselves. If magu and oke are same side of a coin then why expose oke. be rational here. it is easy for them to get it up before it even gets to the public given the sensitivity of the Intelligence community. What is the essence of showing the public the money only to want to cover it up and sacrificing a high ranking officer of their "army". Guy it makes no sense even to an slowpoke. Are you now saying the whole money was released by PMB just to show Nigerians he is working and then all of a sudden they don't know what to say again only to horridely prepare oke as the sacrificial lamb to cover up an unnecessary exposure. They may be slow in actions but they are not dumb especially not with a professor of law with them. |

LordAdam16: Is this your strategy? Insult when you don't have any logical explanation. "Answer a fool according to his foolishness" Oke is not part of the political struggle. He is retiring and has no stake in the government. He is not part of any political struggle But he is in on the charade to rubbish is years of service. You think retiring from Nigerian Intelligence is the end of his career. No. There is more in the international intelligence gathering Society for him. He wont end it for a cheap amount that could get him killed in the future and rubbish his achievement. If he is not part of the political struggle, but he is in on a deal to rubbish his own career then who owns the money? Who authorised the release of the money? Don't tell me it is Buhari's administration cos you don't expect me to believe that much money was planted by buhari just to rubbish a fall guy that no one cares about his existence or not in the political "struggle" like you put it. The Presidency doesn't want to axe Magu for any reason, even going as far as saying they'd go to the Supreme Court if the Senate insists. Oke is retiring in August. Osinbajo practically gave Magu his vote of confidence days before Magu's bust, so it makes no sense to do a 360 when they're keeping him for reasons that are not immediately apparent. Who said anything about axing Magu? I'm only concerned with the rationale behind axing Oke and calling him a fall guy who already knows he was the fall guy. Who benefits from Oke's fall? If anybody benefits then what do they have to gain by making the whole charade so Public? Why not do their horse trading in the back ground without involving a fall guy nobody cares about? If nobody benefits from his fall the why make him fall for nothing? You should be asking why Lawal is being suspended when he had no direct involvement with the Oke case? And why it took the Oke case to prompt them to do an investigation on Lawal when he had been cleared in January and there were no pending investigations on Lawal. All of a sudden imaginary monies are being discovered without owners, then NIA's money is discovered, and next thing new evidence just surfaced about the SGF. I cant be asking why lawal is being suspended cos I'm not dumb like your fellow wailers. I already know it was to appease the senate and we all know it is justified. If Lawal is the fall guy, It is understandable because he was already a "Public Enemy" No2 after Magu to the senate and rightly so to the whole country. We all know what he did. Again my question. Why is Oke the fall guy? and to what end? It is politics. For all your knowledge of chess, you are still too dumb because you are partisan. I dumb? Why don't you look in the mirror and see who is dumb here cos i already punched holes in your useless conspiracy theory. In fact, let me not get deep, believe what you want. The opinion of a dumb person does not affect me in anyway. You dont need to stylishly abandon your theory. If you're sure of your facts then prove it and stop regurgitating same rubbish. Answer the questions i asked. Ode. You think everyone reading NL is as brainless as you and your praise singers who lacks the intellectual capacity to ask simple question. instead of you to answer my question you resort to insults. Ndi ara. Your hatred for this administration has beclouded your sense of rational reasoning. I don't know the kind of weed you're smoking that makes you believe you know better than Deji Adeyanju who was a first hand witness to the whole process of how the money left the government house. You just think you can divert peoples views from the truth and turn everything upside down with your silly conspiracy theory. Guess what! I've been in the game of conspiracy theory for long and to tell you what i've found. The truth is too complex to dilute or remixed. It can be hidden for long but it can never be diluted. Your attempt at diluting it is poor and insulting to common sense. If this is your attempt at turning the table from your incompetent, ineffectual buffoon called GEJ, you have failed to fool me. 2 Likes |

AceRoyal: My guy. I get your point that it is all politics but in still dont understand the rationale behind sacrificing a bishop to be replaced by a pawn. The other conspiracy theorist already said Magu sill be used and dumped and here you are saying he has become a night. Buhari is not there to prove himself to anyone neither is Magu. Answer these questions if you truly believe the whole thing is a charade. Who authorised the release of the money? For what purpose was it authorised? Is it for magu to prove a himself or what? If it is to appease the Senate then why choose Oke who nobody cares about? Why not Magu that the senate would so much love? The conspiracy theory doesn't add up. 1 Like |

jomoh: TRASH! I wonder why you think so highly of yourself, that I'd type out a long text to reply you in a bid to convince you about something you're unable and unwilling to understand. What do I gain from that? If you don't get it, go f*ck yourself. I don't care what you believe or don't believe? You're about as inconsequential as one of the 6,316 people who died in the last one hour. Because you clearly do not understand what it means to be a fall guy for a big-wig and be in on it. It means you assume responsibility and tell alternate tales like appropriation by an ex-president when the notes were gotten under a new president. When you can't understand something so simple, you become incapacitated to follow a logical line of thought. So Mister, I don't give a flying f*ck whether you think I'm hallucinating and you're correct. Be by yourself and stay in your echo chamber. I've got nothing to gain from exchanging replies with you on NL. It's the least productive thing to do with my time. -Lord 2 Likes |
