The great Emir’s palace is located at Unguwar Jaki Street in Bauchi local government area in the Bauchi state north-east Nigeria and was founded by Fula in the early 19 century built by Babban Gwani whose real name is Muhammadu Durugu a Zaria man. The people major language is Hausa and they are mostly Muslims. The Palace was constructed with mud around 200 years back, though it is now renovated with a new structure, it has good design windows and fine balconies.
