here is some VEDIO on how it work,
It is about sucking dirt out of the ground or rug.

step1 : buy a small bockate.
About 150N is what I both it.

Get your motor; here am using 12v dc 2.3a upward amp fan air in conditional motor for inverter or mixers amp's, etc, make sure the amp's is ok , it required optional I mean u can add another motor ontop.

step 3 the cover:
Cut the cover with the measurement of the motor make sure that it is equal, and add a mini net on it so that sand will no penetrate and the will be no lacking of air in the side, use eposy.

add the motor one it, as I say earlier u can add another motor for more power.

make sure that the air is flowing upward direction.

Make a hole on the upper body were u can house ur host or pipe a cover it .

wont the dust be vented off from the fan exit therefore polluting the environment?

that why i make the net 5 duble and not only dust even solid sand or object
