One of my mentors once told me that "Money is the reward for the value you create." So in the new world, those who get paid are those that have value to offer; in creativity, manufacturing, ideas, innovations, and solutions. It is a global reality that the world that we know is rapidly tending towards self employment, individual businesses, and joint partnerships. This tendency of course will leave the job seekers at the crossroads eventually. Creativity is the new cool.
