Paylater: Do They Really Work? by 47xxx(m): 6:49pm On Apr 21, 2017
i've been seeing Paylater ads everywhere, so i decided to try them out.

After downloading the app, registering, and answering all their questions all honestly as possible, my loan offer was still rejected. Due to not meeting ''their internal lending criteria''.

Granted, i've seen a few guys who got loans from paylater, on the first try,, but most people i know get declined,. So my question is, what is this their ''internal lending criteria'' and what do u think is the main reason for declining the loans..

P.S i gave correct info, my name matches my bank account, BVN stuff, etc.

Answers would be welcome.

If you filled in real information thats a good start

Other areas of concern could be;
How much you filled in for earnings, rent, and monthly consumption of airtime
Its possible it was inadequate even though sincere as with your case,
or over bloated and false as it could be with other cases
Perhaps it didnt seem viable enough to them for one of those reasons
Since you suggested they said you didnt meet internal lending criteria

I believe they partner with the banks too, so inspite of the fact they do not need to rendevous with you, they actually have an insider eye which I believe is key.

By the way, all the people I know were given, nevertheless I am careful to suggest it to people that are capable and responsible.
The terms are pretty friendly. funds start really small and grows with performance but would still require a certain level of discipline.

I think its all in the small details
For instance I have seen a young lad who needed a loan from an organization, he has never worked profitably or legitimately in his life, yet when he was filling a loan form; in the salary section he filled 700,000 as monthly salary and 1.5million for his house rent.
Without any ability to back up the claim
It was quite obvious he wasnt going to get it.

You may find something useful in all that I have written.
Cheers
