I charge 300k/month and 200k/month on Android and Angular js development respectively. Also, Angular js is not an OOP language.

What does the firm do? what kinda App do they want? i might recommend someone for you but he is working and his asking price might be what iTold you? within a ballpark of 200k

The firm has a tech department involved in the development of software. Please do recommend the person. The company should be able to pay around that, for someone with desired experience. Though I don't 100% guarantee.
