Ecclesiastes 3:1, 7 KJV
"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: [7] ........a time to keep silence, and a time to speak"

As a result of speaking at the wrong time, many have lost their miracles to the enemy. Too many believers give out too much information through too much talking in the name of "Positive Confession". Your words spoken too early alerts the enemy of a coming breakthrough that has not matured yet. Premature testimonies trigger unnecessary battles in life. Not everyone is happy that you are about to succeed you know?
Do you not know that is not everyone you know or come in contact with that will be excited about what God is doing in your life?

Beware child of God. Many great destinies have either died prematurely or suffered excessively as a result of talking too early.

LEARN FROM JOSEPH BEN JACOB in the Bible.
He dreamed a dream and correctly saw God's plan for his destiny. In his youthful indiscretion he told it to his parents and his brethren and as a result spent decades in struggle. Although God worked in the midst of the situation to bring the dream to pass eventually but Joseph suffered unnecessarily longer.

Become a gatherer and not a dispenser of information. Many pregnancies have been aborted in the same way. Elizabeth hid her pregnancy of John the Baptist even from her own cousin Mary for 6 whole months. But for her angelic visitation, Mary would never have known until Elizabeth puts to bed. Discretion is necessary to avoid frustration.

LEARN FROM MARY
Mary likewise heard and believed what the angel declared to her. She heard also the testimony of the shepherds concerning her baby Jesus. See what she did.

Luke 2:19 KJV
But Mary KEPT all these things, and PONDERED THEM IN HER HEART.

What you don't announce, the enemy cannot fight. Proper testifying is to tell the world of what God HAS DONE ALREADY, not what He said He will do for you. Stop trying to impress people by standing up in public to testify about an ongoing miracle, nobody eats half cooked food. You are hurting yourself and aborting miracles with your mouth.

Receive the vision that God has given to you. Hide it in your heart like precious gold. Telling it to others will not validate what you heard from God. It doesn't matter whether anyone else knows, believes or runs with you. You and God are all that is needed to bring the vision to pass.

LEARN to trim your words. Instead, in the secret place, pray out the vision until it becomes sudden reality in your life for all to see. Then shall your public testimony bring Glory to God and laughter to your life.

May Divine Wisdom rule your mouth child of God. Remember, there's a time to speak and a time to keep silence. Understanding the difference between them shall save you many troubles.

Shalom.
