Our land banking department currently needs an experienced marketer who is resident in Abuja and knows the terrain of the region

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee and co-ordinate the activities of the marketing team.

2. Take the lead in achieving sales pursuits and targets.

3. Take the lead in product presentation to present and prospective clients

4. Promote the corporate brand and image of the company.

5. Undertake delegated negotiation responsibilities on behalf of the company.

6. Ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

7. Promote good customer relations management for continued business.
