Nigerians in bellville don't " own " the area dear.. They must pay protection & alliance fees if they want to sell drugs // run a night club // street vendors depending on the area they're residing....

Word on the street is that Nigerian drug dealers @ capetown train station recently caught the attention of " Flying Squad " police unit..
