The digestive system of humans was designed by God to process living plant foods. Raw plant source foods are loaded with fiber, and it is the fiber that keeps the food moving rapidly through the very lengthy digestive tract; a digestive tract with many pockets, loops, and bends.
However, when an animal source food (any form of meat, diary products, and any type of egg) is consumed and sent through the digestive tract, a digestive tract designed to process vegetables and fruits loaded with fiber, problems develop! Why? Because animal products contain absolutely NO FIBER! Thus, animal products move very sluggishly through the digestive tract, in an atmosphere of about 98.6℉, and they PUTREFY! This putrefied flesh cause physical problems ranging from body odor to acid stomach problems, to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), to colitis, ulcerated colitis, to crones disease, to colon cancer. And it doesn’t matter if the animal is raised organically or commercially. All flesh/animal products are devoid of fiber, and putrefy in the warm temperatures of the digestive tract.
Interestingly, hundreds of testimonies have been shared by people who had been experiencing the above digestive tract problems, when they adopted the plant based diet, a basically raw plant based diet, loaded with fiber. When they made the diet change, they saw their digestive tract problems simply disappear, and sometimes very quickly. For instance, acid stomach problems are usually gone within less than a week after a person stops consuming animal products, and starts consuming a basically raw, plant based diet, loaded with fiber.
Today we put in all manner of animal products into our bodies, which are loaded with saturated fats, containing all the toxins from everything the animal had eaten during its lifetime, not to mention the antibiotics and growth hormones introduced into the animal’s body. The fats within these products accumulate in our bodies, clog our blood vessels, and cause the death of about 40% of our population each year in the form of cardiovascular diseases. While the other toxins from the animal cause all manner of other physical break down.
It’s our choice . These diseases never existed at this present rate about a hundred years ago, because men of those days ate More living plant based diet. Presently we have the greatest health care system that has ever been in the history of man, yet we suffer the greatest of diseases mankind has ever suffered. Isn’t it an unbelievable paradox? The problem is wrong modifications in our diet, and the world is not ready to do something about it. But you can have your own life in your hand by correcting your diet.
