As the Nigerian economy tries to crawl out of its biggest recession in recent decades, small businesses and large corporations are looking for ways to trim expenses and foster future sustainability. Because of this, business owners are slowly but surely reinvesting in their businesses, while maintaining the “saving for a rainy day” mentality. In a bid to avert this financial turbulence while maximizing possible opportunities, many businesses in Lagos, Nigeria, are now uprooting from their existing locations and moving to more “business friendly” areas within the state. source: https://www.google.com.ng/amp/www.vanguardngr.com/2016/12/5-reasons-lagosians-move-businesses-apapa/amp/ 1 Share

So what happens when all Lagosians move their businesses to apapa and it becomes congested without spreading to other parts of Lagos? What happened to exploring virgin grounds? Is this how you were taught on how to become a successful business man in your business classes? 50 Likes 2 Shares |

The traffic on that road is tight like a virgin. No go area. The massive influx of trucks and the number of trucks tumbling over on that road, and consuming lives are a turn off for even the most tenacious business man. But on the other hand, calm sea never made a skillful sailor. 16 Likes |

ItzHoludex: Please appreciate what the young writer has written. We know there are other places too, but the OP just gave us one reason to move to Apapa. Feel free to add or write a nice piece about another good location in Lagos. Mind you, the article is not about whether Apapa is better than one place or not; it's also about the qualities and benefits of moving to Apapa. 3 Likes |

Topic aimed to Patronize apapa lol. The last time i ws there it ws like a ghost town. People leaving there to other places. The road network with trailers/containers from d wharf has been a major issue for this once beautiful place and the rise in development on d island also had an effect people leaving for more lucrative places. 1 Like |

Oga, do you know Apapa at all? I doubt o. Because if you did, you wouldnt advice anyone to move into APAPA. Rent is exorbitant in APAPA. very exorbitant. A BQ goes for 800k/annum. 3 bedroom flats clock 3m/annum. When it rains, there are no drainages. The house are old, dilapidated and crumbling. Apapa goes to bed at night except the ubiquitous pololo joints. Are there spending populace in APAPA? Ask Shoprite why the APAPA franchise is such a huge failure. Beerhug ran away. Filmhouse packed out. Mr, Price pick race BEDMATE iddnt do one year SAMSUNG vamoosed. Wos, one slap for this nonsense post 14 Likes 1 Share |
