I am applying for external funding from a federal government agency in Nigeria for my post graduate studies in management course. And I need an admission letter from a foreign university of my choice as part of the criteria to apply for the scholarship. And the deadline for submission of the scholarship application is about 4 weeks.

Please, if you know any good universities in Canada, Australia, new Zealand, America and UK that can offer me a conditional msc admission letter within two weeks without transcript and English language proficiency test, kindly state it.

Later, I can submit my transcript to them after offering me admission letter. My transcript will take a month to obtain from my undergraduate university and I need the Post graduate admission letter urgently.
