Our core competence is seamless setting up of molecular laboratory for clinics, hospitals, medium to large size and complex laboratories, schools, food and beverage industries, research institutes/organizations and governmental/non-governmental organizations.

1. LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST OR LABORATORY SCIENTIST

We are recruiting for the roles of Laboratory Technologist or Laboratory Scientist in our Abuja office. The following are the qualifications and key competencies required:

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in Molecular Biology techniques and procedures with a degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Medical Laboratory Science, Cell Biology or Genetics.

6 months or more experience in running Molecular Pathology tests, postgraduate degree, certification, or short training in Molecular Biology will be an added advantage.

Key Competences

1. Excellent knowledge and skills in development of control document or writing and implementation of SOPs.

2. Sound knowledge of Molecular Pathology operations and ECA procedures.

3. General knowledge of laboratory management and report writing skills.

4. Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint Presentation and Excel) skills.

SALES EXECUTIVE/MANAGER

We are looking for energetic individuals across the country; to facilitate and participate in validating our ongoing strategic initiatives and new business model. These representatives will take charge of our strategies in business development and marketing.

This role requires: development of marketing leads, communication, establishment of contacts and subsequently, establishment of partnerships/business relations with relevant organizations in the health, education, research pharmaceuticals, food, beverage and manufacturing industries. It will involve hands-on field work, local travel, development of proposals and PowerPoint presentations to would be partner organizations.

The representatives will report to the Technical director or CEO. Your role involves delivering of our products and services to the right audience. You will have to set up new business channels, and initiate and conclusively seal business deals.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in sales with a degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, micro biology, cell biology or genetics; or experience in molecular techniques, medical device or pharmaceutical industry with a degree in marketing, business management or any other related degree.

A fundamental understanding of molecular biology process and instrumentation is essential. Your molecular biology knowledge must appropriately compliment a good sales skill to achieve our desired expectations, which involves you meeting your monthly target. The following competency and skills are required from you:

1. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Excellent presentation skills.
3. Good knowledge of molecular pathology operations.
4. Sound marketing plan, proposal and report writing skills.
5. Good knowledge of MS office especially MS word, power point presentation and excel.
6. Excellent driving skills.

Other useful Information

Our salary for Sales executive/manager is N100,000 monthly if target is met. If a sales executive fails to meet target s/he will only be entitled to only N30,000 remuneration to cover personal expenses. In order to encourage our sales department, any sale beyond any of the stipulated targets below, will attract 5% commission of sales in excess of the target.

We will provide you with platforms, guidelines; the right strategy and process that will help you deliver on company goals. However you are ultimately responsible for developing your winning strategy to achieve your target.

There will be a dedicated office CUG line that must be used by a sales person for communication during work hours.

Monthly Targets

 A sale of 1 major platform monthly, by platform we mean: a real time PCR, NA extractor, Biosafety cabinet

OR

 A sale of 3 or more supporting equipment’s such as micro-centrifuge, vortex mixer, Complete set of pipettes and pipette stand.

OR

 Sale of reagents above N400,000

OR

 Completed agreement and implementation of service provision by our center to a hospital or a clinic or a university or related institution.

OR

 15 molecular samples directly linked to you or 40 regular samples directly linked to you

OR

 Three university postgraduate research students.

Lagos and Abuja.
