The solution is to dead the idea of Biafra. To place Nigeria's interest over tribe/region. To prove their loyalty to the country.

What has MASSOB or IPOB or any other group achieved?
The only thing they achieved is to remind the nation why an Igbo presidency can't be risked.
Another activist will rise up again, play on the sentiments of the Igbo youths, raise your hopes with inciting hate speeches, make all the noise and at the end settle for a few bags from FG while pawns would have been sacrificed for nothing.

Instead of making these preposterous demands from an FG you're fighting why has none of your state government done any thing about it? Tinubu resorted to IGRs when Lagos was ostracized by FG.
