on the causes of diabetes and possible

What you need to know about Type 1
diabetes and Type 2 diabetes

For type 1 diabetic patients, the symptoms of

overweight, tend to have a normal blood
glucose if they engage in regular exercises and
shed some weight. But this doesn’t mean the
problem has gone permanently. Type 2
diabetes develops gradually, in which it
becomes difficult for the body to produce
much insulin for its use or the cells turn to be
resistant to the effect of insulin. This will then
lead to impaired glucose tolerance (a
reduction, but still ability to convert food into
usable form), and subsequently lead to
diabetes.
If a patient revert back to his normal lifestyle
i.e. scale back on physical exercise or gain
weight back, high blood-glucose would come
back. Also, the reduction in the production of
insulin and the high level of insulin resistance
that led to the diagnosis will slowly intensify
especially during stress. With time, you discover
that a patient that was able to maintain a
normal blood glucose through exercise and diet
alone will need to engage in oral diabetes
medications or even insulin injection to keep
the blood glucose in a reasonable healthy
range.

Can you cure diabetes through natural
therapy?

There are no therapeutic cure to diabetes, but
natural therapies such as progressive muscle
relaxation, biofeedback, deep abdominal
breathing, and guided imagery can help in
reducing stress. What this stress do to the
body is that they affect blood sugar level. So it
is important to learn these relaxation processes
to help manage diabetes.
Also note that supplements don’t eradicate
diabetes either. Some may even interact
adversely with your diabetes medication.
Although there are some that can improve your
diabetes, confirm always form your GP before
taking any supplements.

Not sure if you have Type 1 or 2, but if Type 2 then you can reverse it by changing your diet & exercising daily. This isn't a quick fix but a lifestyle change. If you are willing, follow it and the Type 2 will not resurface.
Diet is soooo very important! You would need to change to a plant-based diet...that means bye bye meat!
Also dairy, sugar & processed food would need to be cut out & replaced with whole grains, legumes, specific fruits, vegetables & some nuts.
It may be challenging at first, but the results will be blessed!
