As the saying goes, "Health is Wealth", many of the diseases we have today have established themselves as a huge threat to our collective survival, we can be fully prepared for any of them by keeping ourselves fit enough through constant exercise and healthy lifestyle.

In order to keep the body's defenses on the high level, here are the few quick and safe ways to live a more healthy lifestyle.

1. CHOOSE HEALTHY DIETS
(i) EAT FOOD THAT HAS MINIMAL AMOUNT OF UNHEALTHY AND UNSAFE FATS
(ii) MODERATION IN EATING OF HEALTHY FATS KEY TO A MORE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
(iii) CHOOSE FOODS THAT HAVE LOW SUGAR CONTENTS AND HIGHLY REFINED CARBOHYDRATES
(iv) CHOOSE TO EAT ONLY WHOLE FOODS RATHER THAN PROCESSED FOODS
(v) EAT ORGANIC FOODS e.g berries, grapes, potatoes, lettuce, and apples.

2. CONSIDER GETTING SOME EXERCISE
(i) Stretch out your hamstrings
(ii) Stretch your hips
(iii) Stretch your shoulders
(iv) Stretch your calf
(v) Stretch for at least 30-35 seconds in cycles.

3. THINGS YOU REALLY SHOULD AVOID
(i) Do not forget what you weigh (prevents overweight and underweight).
(ii) Avoid too much of exercise (so as to avoid injuries).
(iii)Avoid liquid diets, diet pills, and other pills unless specified and prescribed by your physician. Try to lose weight naturally and not artificially through the use of drugs.
(iv) Avoid alcohol intake and smoking (increase your risks to diseases like cancer, heart diseases, poisoning and depression).
(v) Do not avoid proper sleep – According to statistics, those who sleep more, weigh less. Adults need like 7-9hours of sleep at night while children need like 8-10hours of sleep at night.
(vi) Do not expose your body to too much sunlight – Health risks such as cancer are sometimes gotten from too much exposure to the sun.

4. PRACTICE GOOD HYGIENE
(i) Brush your teeth daily – These prevent you from having bad breath and gum diseases.
(ii) Shower daily – This reduces body odour, body acne, and other hygiene related diseases like scabies.
(iii) Wash your feet regularly – This prevents unpleasant odors and athlete’s foot caused by Staphylococcus aureus.
(iv) Wash your hands regularly – after cooking, after using the toilet, after treating a wound, after blowing your nose, after sneezing, after coughing (Centre for Disease Control CDC recommends the washing of hands with warm water or under a running water for at least 20-25 seconds).
(v) Wear clean and nice clothes, always change your underwear and socks at least once in a day.
