Over the years there has been growing need of consultants in fields from Financial Consultants, Management Consultants, Human Resource Consultants, Operational Consultants, Legal Consultants, IT Consultants, and more recently the advent of Estate Consultants.

Of all this fields of consultancy firms and companies in Nigeria, No company has been able to find the perfect model to give her consultants passive residual income.

For those who dont know what that means or for the sake of knowledge, Passive Residual Income is the income that you keep earning when the effort that is used in producing or providing it has stopped.
For instance platforms like uber, nairaland, Globacom, etc. The effort that Seun Osewa used in creating and developing the nairaland platform is long gone, but even if he decided to sleep for 6months he will keep earning from ads and others. So residual passive income is directly proportional to the value you provide. Same way Awolowo and his family even in death will keep earning from Coca-cola for an efforts he made decades ago.

Most of the trending consultancy careers will either need you to keep looking for clients consistently to earn or changing distributors of your service which is rather stressful.
