Hey guys, need a country where one can get vocational education or short training of about 2years maximum and get a job afterwards it's for my friend, his plan is to study for a short period of time outside Nigeria, and then secure a job in the same country to help further his education. Also, information on any less expensive university or polytechnic anywhere around the world with low cost of living will be appreciated. information on available scholarship will also be appreciated.
