A Nigerian soldier attached to some Chinese expatriates was reported to have shot at a civil servant for blocking their way. Doctors at the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH), Akwa Ibom state, are battling to save the life of a man who was shot in the face by a soldier in Uyo.
