Change of plans they won't be legalizing many illegal refineries. The are going to approve modular refineries to be built in certain spots. That other plan we heard last time is out the window. It's funny they cite gas flaring as the reason when the Nigerian governments own refineries haven't quit flaring after decades of promises. I would think plenty of companies who want to invest in modular refineries. Im not too worried about this development. |
