Chelsea clinched their 5th premier league title last night after an amazing 1-0 win against West Brom.

Michy Batshuayi‘s late goal gave Chelsea the victory they required to secure the English Premier League title at West Brom.

Chelsea have won the title for a fifth time in 13 seasons but it is a first for boss Antonio Conte.

Chelsea's prize is set to be the most lucrative in Premier League history - standing at a staggering £150million.They will be the first champions to benefit from the latest TV deal, worth over £8billion to all 20 clubs. Each club is set to receive over £80million from international TV rights, commercial contracts and the "equal share" payment.

Leicester pocketed £93million when they claimed their incredible success last term but that will be increased by 65 percent for the men from Stamford Bridge.

Meanwhile, Chelsea received only £87.3million when they finished 10th last term.Those at the bottom of the table won't go broke though; even rock-bottom Sunderland will pocket close to £100million.

Chelsea have one more trophy to fight for, and that is the English FA cup, and it would be against Arsenal at Wembley in few weeks time. Congratulations to ChelseaFC, the 16/17 English Premier Champions! That is their 6th EPL Title!
