Hello Nairalanders,

Back to the class on our training that have been on hold for too long. Let us talk about:

2. COMPANY NAME
3. LAWYER
4. OFFICE/YARD
5. ENGINEER
6. DRIVER

All these have been discussed extensively in the former class, but there are others that would not be mentioned here.

@truetalkr

the returns you get from equipment leasing or renting depends on the type of the machine you buy.

for example at worst scenario per daily work are:
N

bulldozer (D6h or r LGP) per day 70,000
Excavator (320,315,312) , 70,000
payloader (950,966 c) ,, 55,000
Grader (12c, 14b) ,, 55,000
swampbugy (320,325) ,, 250,000

all these equipments above can work throughout the year with little less turnover during raining season.

@ Fullforce
I'm am amazed that you still have the effrontery to post about Haulage business on this site!!. I sent a truck to Nigeria after reading your posts with the intention of doing business with you. My mum actually signed a contract with you-the agreement being that you will deliver 300,000 naira to us every month. This was in July 2010; you used the truck for 6 weeks without given us a dime!! and you have the audacity to come to this site to hoodwink other people!!. You should be behind bars!!-I'll make sure this happens so that people like you don't keep giving Nigerians a bad name when it comes to business.
Dear Nairalanders, Fullforce is a fraud!! -don't do any business with him!. A word is good enough for the wise!!

TRUCK! TRUCK!! TRUCK!!!
I have said it and i will continue saying it again n again that truck biz is not the kind of business you can do without your presence or one of your blood person be part of it. That does not mean you can not find honest and trustworthy person as your manager/supervisor but a week without proper supervision on truck can course a month problem that can result in savaging for months "in short that is truck for you". I have taken my time to go through all the contributions/comments about haulage in nairaland forums but i can only read from one guy who said he resign from his work to monitor his truck who metamorphosis from one to two or there about but other are like leaning or investing without asking while people that succeeding in the business doing so.
i will like to receive more testimony from those who have invested in the business to give their own experience for other to learn from it. the business is good but all factors has to be considered.

PLEASE STOP CALLING ME FOR TRUCK BUSINESS "I'M NOT AVAILABLE' but i can ONLY tell you all i know meanwhile i can also tell you much about tipper because is part of our business in earth moving equipment dealings.

EQUIPMENT LEASING/HIRING/RENTING IS MY BUSINESS WHERE YOU CAN FIND PEACE AND MORE OF INCOME AT LOWEST 'ROI'. DESPITE THE FACT OF HIGH STARTING CAPITAL IT HAS LOWEST RISK LEVEL.

PAY AS YOU GO BUSINESS! EVEN PAY BEFORE SERVICE!!
ASK ANYBODY AROUND YOU HOW MUCH DO THEY USE TO CLEAR THEIR LANDS AND THE WAY THEY GO ABOUT IT TO CONFIRMED MY WORDS.
KEY IN INTO THIS BUSINESS NOW YOU CAN NEVER REGRET IT.

@sholaco
the best machines are D6h or r LGP, EXCAVATOR (320,315,312 SWAMP TRACK). Any of these you buy will make a good deal. We have a registered company but you must understand that you don't need a must registered company to start this business, all you need is good agreement by your lawyer that both of us will sign. the prices i quoted above is what obtainable in the industry meanwhile, that prices are all excluding diesel use to do the 8hrs job for the clients. check my profile,there you will see all you may like to know about the business and if you have any question at all? i'm here to explain myself on any thing you want to known.
you can also contact me on 08059239292 or 07025866759 and my e-mail address is authoriseauthor@yahoo.co.uk

PLS GET IT RIGHT: I'M NOT BEGGING YOU TO INVEST IN THIS BUSINESS WHILE I'M NOT ALSO PISSING YOU OFF BUT YOU MUST REALIZED THAT YOU CAN NOT TAKE MY EXPERIENCES OFF ME.

I'M NOT WRITING ALL THIS because I WANT ONLY YOU TOO GET ALL YOU WANT BUT REMEMBER I WANT TO MAKE SOMETHING OUT IT TOO. SO PLS BE CONSIDERATE WHEN YOU ARE TALKING TO ME! WE ARE BOTH BENEFICIARY OF THE BUSINESS. IF I MUST WORK FOR YOU CONSIDERED WHERE I'M COMING FROM NOT WHERE YOU WANT ME TO BE. YOU ARE MY BOSS ANYWHERE BUT BE CONSIDERATE. IF YOU ARE USING MY COMPANY THEN WE ARE PARTNERS BUT IF YOU ARE USING YOUR COMPANY YOU ARE MY BOSS.

INTRODUCTION: EARTH MOVING EQUIPMENT

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

Outsourcing is the key strategy in this Business where a client /company come to lease or hire your equipment/truck for a said agreed term and rate per day (8hrs) or payment per trip in term of trucking i.e. haulage of products.

Nigeria being a developing country requires massive infrastructural development in term of road, earth dam, parks, canal channelization and drain. Lagos and other state are trying to improve its capacity for service delivery to its populace, where new construction sites are springing up daily; these sites engage professional leasing company to execute the strategic plans in land preparation such as bush clearing, levelling, excavating, construction works and sand filling.

Earth moving equipments such as Bulldozer, Excavator, Pay-loader, Roller, Grader and Low-bed (carrier) are used daily at enormous cost associated with the industry for this project. Specialised company such as Julius Berger, PW, OGORMA and Hi-tech are fully engaged and overstretched interms of equipment capacity. They now also sublet contract to equipment vendor to execute on their behalf and pay upfront.

@protocol,

what rubbish are you saying about fullforce posting, even if the job is AGBERO in nature why don't you teach us that way. The only thing you have been coming to do is soliciting for investor. Cann't you copy somebody like omotayo.

Please go and sit down let us see those that really wants to put us thru in this business.

Fullforce and Omotayo ride! we are all enjoying you
Re: Free Training On Haulage Business In Nigeria by protocol(m): 10:39pm On Oct 30, 2010
@realtruth or what? am not ur mate in haulage, i am 27 and i ride on 3 mack trucks now! i only told you the fact. you dont need all these lectures b4 u can do haulage. now let me tell you hw i started just cos u are my friend. i used to work for a stock broking firm here in lagos. during my marketing hours, i normally drive down to APAPA where everything about haulage happens in the name of marketing.Now let me ask you, how many times have you come to Apapa, tincan both first gate and second gate to observe activities yourself?this is all u need to do! just for one week and u are good to go and not long lecture that is taking forever! between the time this guy started this lecture and now i have added one truck! wise up man,time waits for no man. Anytime you come around these areas, just call me to take you around and explain some things for you if only you want to do haulage oh!
Re: Free Training On Haulage Business In Nigeria by realtruth: 6:33pm On Nov 01, 2010
@protocol,

No matter what you have made in this business, why don't you first appreciate the great work this guy is doing or has done. I want to believe he could have finished the training if not for the time consuming this business is and he himself had once said it. Let us appreciate a little thing

guys,

fullforce is just being theoritical about the whole stuff. i have over 7 years experience in haulage business(Trucking) and i can tell you its raw gold covered up in mud. you have to be firm,rugged and practical. Trucking expecially is serious Agbero business irrespective of the client. You are dealing with a driver that is ready to build a mansion in the city out of you and send you back to a hut in the village. So what kind of theory do you want to discuss with that kind of person. If you want to do haulage business, face it squarely or getting a trustworthy full-time manager.

Fullforce, you need to address this biodun70 allegation if you want to remain relevant.

Thank you.

Either theory or not theory, it is that same theory that you too ready before you know he is theoretical. Come on board and share the seven year Agbero Experience with us.

His write-up is an eye opener to many reader, so we careless about your accumulated years that we cannot benefit from.

@realtruth
i'm now beginning to feel somehow about your confrontation on fullforce issue. first, when i read this comment from mr abiodun first time, iwas expecting fullforce to clear himself or to explain why he could not make the transaction between them a successful one but instead he kept silent about it. realtruth,put yourself into investor's shoes(who invested his/her money to make profit and at the end of the day everything turn to be story despite all this analysis on haulage business ). please stop being nasty on others comments just because you want to continuing learn. if someone say your teacher is a failure then the person is telling you directly or indirectly that you are a nonentity.

@fullforce
if you are still thesame person that i know, please come and clean your self from this mud.
