Hamza Akeem Oladimeji is the President at Team360. A young and vibrant entrepreneur, who runs a football academy and the popular 360 Bar at Elegushi Beach, and other ventures.

In an exclusive chat with PageOne.ng, he lets us in on how he copes with challenges of running an academy and his vision for the club.

You run a football academy in the heart of Lagos making waves already, how are you able to manage it along with your 360 bar concurrently?

The most important thing in business management is having people or employees who share same mindset and goal with you. As a businesses man I cannot be in every of my business but I have people who are capable and have the expertise in their area of profession even when am not there, they understand the vision and mission which the both organisation stands for and we work diligently everyday to achieve that. When you hear about Team360, it is not just about the football team, it also extends to my management because we work as a team.
