After a very long time away, I downloaded the 2go application again. Then I ask, WHERE ARE MY 2GO FRIENDS? During my secondary school days, even up till my first two years in the university, I longed to buy a phone that is 2go enabled. It was only during the session break of the second year that I was able to acquire a small nokia c2-01. I was VERY happy to connect with my friends on 2go. We chat and chat into the night. But today, I checked my friend-list and I ask, WHERE ARE MY 2GO FRIENDS?
I used to be very excited when I moved from one 2go star to another. I moved from NOVICE-AMATEUR-SENIOR-ENTHUSIAST-PROFESSIONAL-EXPERT-LEADER until I eventually arrived at the ’’VETERAN’’ where I am. MASTER used to be the ultimate goal of every 2go user. Now we have, ULTIMATE, SAPPHIRE, EMERALD, RUBY, DIAMOND, AND FINALLY BLACK-DIAMOND. Only ONE of my friend has escaped the ‘’master’’ bracket. I checked my friend-list again, and then I ask, WHERE ARE MY 2GO FRIENDS?
I used to pay 30 naira to buy a 300 go-credit just to chat in the 2go-rooms. The current price is still pegged 30 naira for 300 go-credits, 50 naira to get 525 go-credits, and just a 100 naira to get 1100 go-credits despite the inflation. It used to be over a 100 members in a room, such that I have hard-time following what’s happening in the rooms. Messages used to come like it was the end of the world. But today, I saw just 33 MEMBERS in one room, No messages from members, then suddenly, all the members left me ALONE!!! I was left, asking, WHERE ARE MY 2GO FRIENDS?

2go is dead and gone. That's to tell you nothing lasts forever. How many people ask of your BBPIN again unlike sometimes ago when it was the order of the day.
