Pavore9: I don't see anything wrong I giving youths wheel barrows, especially if they are already working as barrow pushers. Some people will be barrow pushers. Fact. So, why don't I see anything wrong in govts sharing barrows? Because most barrow pushers rent their barrows daily, most pay most of what they earn to the barrow owners! There was an interview I read in a newspaper. A former security man that lost his job was introduced to the business of renting barrows and he claimed he built his house from that business. Before branching out to other businesses. While those barrow pushers just make ends meet. Some sleep in markets and under bridges. If they have their own barrows, Any money they earn is theirs to keep Not everyone is interested in farming. That one barrow will push them out of poverty. With savings, they can think of what else to do, if they don't spend all they earn on drugs. |
