Chidi Samuel || The special adviser to President Mohammadu Buhari on National Assembly matters, Senator Ita Enang recanted his earlier position that ailing President Buhari on medical vacation abroad will sign 2017 Budget instead of Acting President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo.

Enang addressing newsmen on Friday after submitting the 2017 budget to the Acting President, said, '' Prof Osinbajo is now President and will assent to the Budget.''

Clarifying his earlier position on the matter, Enang said, ''The budget as passed by the National Assembly has just been transmitted to the Acting President. I just delivered it...''

Buhari said he's on medical leave and invoked section 145 of the constitution to ensure smooth running of govt, yet a man who has spent years in the legislature still couldn't comprehend?!!

I wonder who washed his brain of the tar impeding his thought process!!

Watched the guy on channels TV, he struggled to answer that question: who will sign the budget.
After rigmarolling he finally said the president, only to change again today and say the acting president.

It's well oh, every job has it's bad days.

How can anybody miss the point of Buhari's invocation of section 145 in his leave request? How can anybody, even if he's an idiot, miss that?
