Members of Rotary International District 9142 Nigeria on a courtesy visit to the Obi of Onitsha, Obi Nnaemeka Achebe ( Agbogidi) to receive his royal blessing and as well as invite him to the ceremony marking the installation of Pharm. Dr. Emman Ude Akpeh as the Pioneer District Governor 2017/2018 Rotary Year on 15th July, 2017. The Obi of Onitsha was equally decorated as a Rotary advocate having championed the course for the eradication of polio which Rotary has been in the forefront.
