This post remind me of my brother experience at NEPA office, i sent my brother to buy prepaid card from NEPA and my brother called me that NEPA have took light from NEPA Office and i asked him does it mean that NEPA Officers didn’t on gen he said that they didn’t even no that NEPA want to took light. so its unfortunate that NEPA Office ain’t no when NEPA will take light.
