Please if you have any info on how I'll go about the registration, your input will be appreciated

I've gone to the banks around me, UNITY bank to be precise, the bank attendant I met there told me that they've run out of pins, and the guy was giving me discouraging words like I can't find the pin anywhere else till next year.

Now am on my way to one of Jamb's CBT registration centers, I don't know if I can find any luck there, please help..
