Job Requirements/Person Specification
• He / She must have an adequate knowledge of every unit in an organization and its functions.
• He / She must possess the qualities of good leader
• He / She must have an above average score mark in the aptitude test which will be conducted prior to the interview.
• He / She must be dressed appropriately as perception is reality.
• He / She must explain in a succinct but brief manner his / her goal(s) for five years from now. That is, his / her five year goal.
• He / She must have a minimum qualification of HND, B.Sc / B.Tech / B.A and M.Sc.
• He / She must have in depth knowledge of Business administration
• He / She must know how to empathize with clients strategically.
• He / She must have at least a year experience.
• He / She must be well vast in computer application

• He / She must be proficient in sketch art.
• He / She must provide to the interviewers a portfolio containing previous art works made by him / her.
