Please can anyone who knows the management of the above mentioned bank tell them to reduce the plight of their customers around them? You force them to use the ATM and yet most times than not it's not funded. And when it is its not even enough to cater for the needs as the funds get finished and woe betide you if its a weekend. Even on working days the ATM is not loaded till well past 8am. Most of the customers around Make use of their atm as there are re only 2 banks in this axis. UBA and First bank. Please try and improve your service as we know you are trying but you need to step up your game. Pics below show people waiting and hoping to use the ATM buy none working. 1 Like
