Most definitely the police officers who helped burn that EWEDU, or BITTER-LEAF, most likely were high as a muffuguh for a week after the incineration exercise, and without question, they must have saved some of the product for further detailed, ahem analysis, back in the privacy of the barracks beer parlor.

All in all, a good time must surely have been had by all.
