What has become of jobs for all website?

The national directorate of employment launched a job website as a portal developed primarily to connect the unemployed with job opportunities. However the portal run for few weeks and went off for maintenance.

According to the notice written on the portal, the website will return in few days after the maintenance, but since then the website have not return and each time applicants visit the site all they see is "we apologize for any inconveniences, we are running a maintenance on our systems and should be back soon.

The Question is when will jobs for all portal be back so that those who have not done the registration be able to register?
