the Issue of ICAN, Who e help ??
that certificate as at 2005-10 was regarded as an advantage.
what am saying is they are lotta charted individuals with multiple certificate who are still earning peanuts.

my advice is bro Use the speed of light in fact borrow the one used in THE FLASH series and leave this hell of a hole (Nigeria).
