I didn't encounter that problem at all. Try registering with a laptop (& chrome browser) instead, if you are using a mobile.

Go back to login.. Immediately you login.. On the candidate page that shows, choose 'edit profile'... Enter your details as you desired and click on save.
When you resume the application again.. The state and country will be there.

You this Jossite, shey you didn't read where it's written on that page that you should choose 'others' if you can't find your school eh?

Choose 'others' and then enter 'Nigeria - University of Jos' in the box that appears

Try clicking on 'others' then type your university name in the text box that comes up

It was stipulated on the advert that once a position is filled, it will be taken down... So choose other positions if you can't find your choice
