Which part of Nigeria is the best to live?

This is quite relative. It depends on your definition of best.

If you love the rush, buzz and excitement of social and energetic life, Lagos it is. Lagos also provides an avenue for business and access to a massive market of its nearly 22 million residents. Lagos is probably the most developed state in Nigeria (this is arguable)

Do you prefer a peaceful, serene and tranquil life where you may have access to the biggest politicians in the scene and maybe a high-class environment? Abuja.

Do you want a mix of Lagos and Abuja with lesser populace and growing economy and popularity - Kano, Kaduna, Oyo, Osun, Imo and Port Harcourt (Rivers State)

Do you prefer a growing state with the prospect of growing infrastructures and want to take advantage of the early bird in markets or other things - Ogun, Akwa Ibom (Uyo precisely), Cross River (Calabar), Asaba (Delta)

Do you want to live in peace and hate the noise, excitement and all sorts - Enugu, Osun, Kwara, Ondo.

I think it all depends what you want but relatively, if you're not Nigerian, I'll advice Lagos, Abuja. You'll fit in well there because of the diverse culture and people.

If not because of job opportunities, I can say Lagos is not the best place to live in Nigeria.
