Cabbage Moi Moi
Palm oil and Coconut oil
3 medium sized Eggs
Wash and blend cabbage, drain all the water and set in a bowl.
Blend pepper, onions, crayfish together and pour in another bowl.
Break the eggs inside the rough-blended pepper and mix together.
Pour the pepper inside the cabbage and mix.
Add a tablespoon of psyllium husk and mix
Pour in your moi moi containers and put in a pot with water.
Boil for 20-30mins until its done.
Serve with a chilled bottle of soda water or ordinary water.
