Today High chief Ateke Tom who happens to be one of the leaders of the defunct Niger Delta Volunteer Force, ex militant and a senior member of the Ijaw Youth Council, (IYC) celebrated his birthday in Okirika town. He also used it as a means to reach out to the poor widows whom he gifted food items to.
