Oyo Govt. Order The Closure Of Emmanuel Alayande College Of Education by NaijBlog(f): 8:53pm On Jun 02, 2017
Oyo State Government has ordered the immediate and indefinite closure of the state owned institution, Emmanuel Alayande College of Education to avert breakdown of law and order.

Contained in a statement issued by the state Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Adeniyi Olowofela, conveyed the closure, in Ibadan, on Friday.

The statement further advised students to vacate the school premises immediately, while law enforcement agents have been urged to secure lives and government property on the college.

Olowofela said that the college would remain closed until normalcy returns.
