B&G Builders Resources Limited requires the services of young, intelligent, energetic and smart female graduates who are interested in building careers in sales to apply for the position of Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
• Identify target markets and grow revenue base from scratch
• Prospect for new clients through direct marketing and high volume cold calls
• Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management and consultative selling
• Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis
• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns
• Developing marketing materials, including brochures, letters, emails and websites
• Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with reference to pricing, and promotion
• Research customers’ investment objectives and needs
• Devise and implement strategic plans to meet customers’ demands
• Manage promotional activities to endorse products
• Develop effective marketing communication programs
• Network with individuals and businesses to generate and identify business opportunities

Requirements
• Must have good degree
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps program
• Must be resident in Abuja
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Sales Manager, Account Representative, Sales Representative, or business development executive
• Self-starter, pro-active, and result driven
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Sales experience required
• Online advertising sales background is a plus
