1st..the money use can never be from his personal account... so where is the money from?

2ndly.. if the money use is to better the lives of his people,, 20,000 bags for 20000 families out of 200000+ families,... how does this even improve the lives of anybody..., what about the other 180000+ families...this doesnt even improve the stardard of the families one bit of those benefiting from it...

3rdly if the money is not from his account definitely it must be from the government's account which is mathematically and economically a waste of resources....
