Am still at the bvn stage. Am seeing first name not same with bvn. But it's the correct name I typed in

No, they can't.

Just keep trying. Mine refused to go the first few times I tried. I kept getting something along the lines of "This BVN number has already been registered with."

It went through eventually after a couple more tries.

When I registered yesterday, I was not asked to create a username and password and nothing like confirmation email was sent to my email..

Thank God my registration was successful and I have my reference now intact

I wish all d intending applicants success. But don't see it as an avenue to collect your own 'national cake' instead work honestly for the stipend you wil receive

Please i need help i have been trying the second stage since three days now. they are asking of my email and phone no and when i enter it this is the response i will have "Request Timed out. Please try again" what should i do

I register but got a reply that the bvn has already been registered and I remember registering last year thou was not shortlisted. what should I do

If they know the website is not still perfect enough to accommodate traffic, why release it in the first place.
since 11:30pm on Tuesday that the website was declared open, no one (NONE) had been able to pass the first stage.

This is to inform the general public that the N-Power would reopen her portal on June 13th, 2017 for new intakes.

The Federal Government N-Power programme application has officially started receiving online application forms from applicants across the country. If you need a step-by-step guide on how to apply, here is the application process:

First visit npower.gov.ng and register by creating a username and password and then sign in.
Click through the various programmes and choose the one that suites you and then click on apply at the bottom of the page
Carefully fill the application form and make sure to provide accurate information and documents to support your application.
After submitting you will receive an acknowledgement email letter confirming the receipt of the application.
After 48hours you will be notified by email and the registration portal whether you are eligible for the N-Power program, if you are unsuccessful you may apply again in subsequent programs.
If you are successful you can proceed to the test page at the MY N-POWER PORTAL, you will be required to write two tests; a general skills test and program specific test.
Depending on your program there may be a final interview before acceptance into the N-Power program, otherwise you will receive an email confirming your provisional acceptance into the N-Power program.
You will have to confirm your acceptance to secure your place.
Specific information and program details will now be sent to your email.
If at any point you encounter a challenge in filling your form you can send an email to info@npower.gov.ng.
