The monstrous looting of open assets amid the organizations of previous Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo, Umaru Yar'Adua and Goodluck Jonathan went to the fore, Monday, as top government authorities and agents were said to have unlawfully improved themselves with open assets, adding up to over N1.35 trillion.
