Rotecch this is top notch finishing especially with the straight lines, smooth walls and choice of windows and window designs.
But if I might ask what informed the choice of a rustic (washed bricks) and a modern (precast design) together in one build? Wouldn't it have been better to go one way or make one (rustic) less obvious?

Astute observation, the "architectural style" is inconsistent. Good effort nonetheless.

@commonsense , thanks i will let the design team ponder again, so that inconsistency will be erased in there dictionary while design next time .

The 7 professionals in build team and design team, always have CLIENT among both of them,so nothing can be done without client.
