Arsenal have missed out in the transfer window once again after reported target Andre Silva completed a move to Serie A giants AC Milan.
Arsene Wenger was supposedly keen on the Portuguese striker who scored 24 goals for Porto last season, but Milan were quick to make their move to secure the highly-rated player.

The 21-year-old joins the Rossoneri for £35million on a four-year deal after they met his release clause in his contract at Porto.
The news that Silva has signed for Milan doesn’t seem to have gone down well with some Arsenal supporters.

Some fans believe Wenger should have moved quicker to sign Silva, while some feel that it could be a decision the club and Wenger come to regret.
