NEWS Teacher suffocates pupil to death for making noise

A nursery school pupil Guo Jintong , suffocated to death after her teacher allegedly taped her mouth shut because she was talking too much during morning exercise.
The incident happened at the Huadian Experimental Kindergarten in north -eastern China ’ s Jilin Province.
The six-year -old Jintong was pronounced dead by paramedics who arrived about 30 minutes after she had already been reported unconscious .
A witness said she was “too chatty ” as her class did stretches and aerobic exercises in the morning , so her teacher allegedly sealed her mouth shut .
She claimed tape and possibly even glue was used to seal her shut and she was “smothered ” to death in a few short minutes .
Realising the girl appeared “abnormal ”, her teacher brought her to the school nurse who called an ambulance.
The child was taken to hospital , but doctors said they were “unable to bring her back” .
The nursery school has yet to release a statement about the incident , but government officials have confirmed the case and said they are investigating with local police.
A candlelight vigil was held for Jintong by members of the public , and her parents have also been filmed sitting outside the kindergarten ’s gate waiting for an answer from the school .
