A cybercafé operator, Emeka Anugwo, was on Thursday arraigned on a two-count charge of fraud and impersonation at the Igbosere High Court in Lagos. Anugwo, who runs a CBT centre close to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board office in Ikoyi, Lagos, was arrested in May for allegedly collecting between N3,000 and N3,5000 from 70 UTME candidates to generate a Remitter Code and effect changes in their ages, course and institutions.
