well from your question looks like we are talking about public schools, well all the people mentioned above have one part or the other to play, the govt need to provide condusive atmosphere for teaching and learning, students have to be more serious and drop bad habits like cheating, but truthfully teachers have more work to do than the other two, i think major problem comes from the teacher, in most public schools teachers usually have this non-challant attitude towards their job and i think this is where majority of the problem lies. |
